This is research-based and experience-proven professional development centered in individual classrooms. Sessions focus on classroom coaching and leadership support to improve teacher/student relationships that promote academic engagement that accelerates achievement.
 To maximize learning and impact, a partnership of 5 or more days on-site is recommended. This includes at least 2 faculty meeting presentations.

These are research-based and experience-proven professional development sessions for school leaders to enhance their coaching skills. In 1:1 meetings and during walkthroughs, school leaders use content and practice language in the areas of shared classroom responsibility, cultural relevance, and school equity for accelerated achievement of the adult and student learners.

This research-based professional development for teacher cohorts is also grounded in the California Standards for the Teaching Profession. Cohort coaching is focused on the initial development and professional growth of teams that are newly established or facing challenges. To strengthen your teams, a partnership of 3 days or more is recommended. This can be a combination of half and full days for teachers with some principal participation.

This is a series of 10 twenty-minute videos focused on leading the classroom staff toward equitable instruction in the classroom. Videos are delivered to assist administrators to own the content, deliver it for adult learning, and practice the foundational tools and routines to develop or deepen equitable instruction.
